Eliminated external LLM API calls to keep institutional ticket data strictly on-premise using a local LLM and PostgreSQL/pgvector; decoupled operational routing and triage policies into external Markdown rule files so support workflows update without redeploying application code.
Overview
Offline-first IT support, knowledge-base retrieval, and ticketing prototype built during my August 2026 internship at BOTAS (Petroleum Pipeline Corporation). Combines FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL/pgvector similarity search, automated ticket classification, and Markdown-driven routing rules with zero external cloud LLM dependencies.
